Kayla joined the real estate industry to help people find their “needle in the haystack,” dream home. She decided it was a perfect fit for her with her background in marketing, advertising sales, leasing and her knack for wanting to help people. She constantly found herself looking at HAR, industry magazines and local trends and decided it was the perfect time to become a Texas Realtor.
She specializes in waterfront property, first-time home buyers, leasing, and all facets of buyer representation. Her regional areas of expertise are Galveston County, Clear Lake and the Inner Loop in Houston. Kayla’s approach to helping clients with buying or selling their home is understanding their personal interests, lifestyles and specific needs by listening.
Kayla is a native to the Galveston County area for over 25 years. She was raised in League City, graduated Clear Creek High School in 2006 and a graduate of The University of Houston in 2011 with a focus on Corporate Communications and a minor in Sales/Marketing. One fun fact is that she has roots on the island that date back to before the 1900 Storm where her great – great grandma survived the storm on the island. So she knows the island pretty well and finds the history fascinating! She is passionate about most outdoor activities. Her favorite hobbies include running, swimming, bike riding, boating and fishing. Fishing runs deep in her family and each year she volunteers at the Gulf Coast Drum Tournament for Turning Point. Turning Point is an organization that helps the handicapped participate in recreational activities. Kayla feels extremely blessed to have such wonderful family and friends who are extremely supportive and have helped her achieve her dream of becoming a Realtor.
